UNDERSTANDING THE FLOW
WITH UTILITY INVESTIGATIONS
Understanding the extent of underground utilities is important, and water is a crucial resource. Damaged water and sewer lines can lead to flooding, contamination, project delays and unexpected costs. We'll investigate existing utilities and map out your water systems using full subsurface utility engineering capabilities along with leak locating and sewer investigations.
- Locating the flow: We use a variety of technologies and methods to determine the extent of underground utility systems and protect existing infrastructure – including electromagnetic locators, ground penetrating radar, and split boxes. We'll provide your team with full deliverables and markings to protect your water and sewer lines throughout any construction or installation project.
- Uncover damaged lines: Trinity offers acoustic leak detection to locate the source of leaking water pipes. We also use ground penetrating radar (GPR) to determine the extent of voids under the surface that can be caused by both pipe leaks and natural activity.
- Keep pipe traffic flowing: Trinity can hydro jet and investigate your sewers to diagnose issues throughout entire runs of pipe, investigating for blockages, debris, and structural damage. We offer NASSCO-certified CCTV pipe inspections and reporting that details recommendations for repairs. With these services, Trinity also offers trenchless UV cured-in-place pipe lining and point repairs where sewers may damages but are structurally sound. CIPP lining largely avoids excavation and surface restoration that would come with a full pipe replacement and provides a durable repair for existing lines.
